Personal productivity is a broad concept which is consisted of time management, decision making skill,
improvisation, critical thinking process and the capability of being organized. These are the qualities which can
be gradually developed and nurtured. These are the skills that need consistent focus. The presence of these skills
determine how productive can one be. There is one skill which also important to fulfill the personal productivity
and it is creative thinking. Creative thinking mostly depends on being endorsed rather than continuous development.
But there are also some techniques available to develop this.

Time management is the most significant requirement of gaining personal productivity. Time management generally
means doing stuffs at right time. An individual has to be consistent in dealing with time. He or she should set a
personal benchmark to achieve this. People need to be aggressive in dealing with time. Some people have to tendency
to put out works for later time. For these people productivity is a dream. Some people may have other qualities but
the skill of time management can not be compensated. We need to have good decision making power. Those who can come
up with a decision as early as possible, those are regarded to be most productive ones. It is better not be a
perfectionist here.

We must have food analyzing skill. We have to analyze one from stuff from different perspectives. We need to
think beyond the line. We have to possess foresighted mentality. We have to be aggressive and competitive in
pursuing productivity. In this fast paced world everyone has an urge to set a standard for others and squash others
under their feet. We have to believe in our guts. Being organized is an important aspect. We have to be organized
in our professional and personal life and practice it developing personal productivity is an evolving process.
