<p>Whenever you shut your eyes, you have an entirely blank canvas in which you can use to project and produce anything you could imagine. This is extremely useful when dealing with insomnia hypnosis.</p>
<p>During the class, we learned we could use our blank canvas to create a space inside our mind in which we were able to use to solve many of our life problems, or even create a movie of our life in the future.</p>
<p>During this deeply relaxed state, a person can travel into this <span id="more-1218"></span>space, and allow that mental movie that they see to become almost as if real.</p>
