As this global trend continues to increase, world reknowned therapist, Dr Andrew Power from the Australian Centre of Hypnosis has been working one-on-one with World of Warcraft addicts to break their addiction and get them back to enjoying the real world.
To his surprise, he found many more WoW players that did not fall in the typical stereotype of a computer gamer, such as upper-echelon corporate executives all the way through to stay at home mothers
How to Break Your World of Warcraft Addiction Without Destructive Withdrawals
Are You Tired Of Being Controlled By Your World of Warcraft Addiction?
Dr Andrew Power who has been previously featured on Australia’s Today/Tonight, has developed a solution that finally allows gamers to unplug without relying on simple willpower.
This revolutionary subconscious reconditioning system allows you to simply defuse the urge and need that a world of warcraft addict feels during detox.
When asked about his motivation for this solution he replied “I had a client who was a senior manager in a top australian company. This client had a wow addiction.. he couldnt get back into work mode because he was obsessed with levelling up his warcraft character.”
The client had only approached Dr Power after threat of losing his job and wife came into play.
World of warcraft addiction is a real problem. Clinics charging $14,000 per client is ridiculous. It allows only the elite to afford assistance with this destruction issue. All I have done is to create a solution to this epidemic.
I had been trying to get off WoW. I had been stuck in a loop with my girlfriend. She couldnt understand why I chose to keep creating and building new alters and it wasnt til she told me it was her or the warcraft that I decided I needed real help. I had looked over the internet and seen some tips but I couldnt stop the battle inside that made me feel I had to play.
I used this and was amazed by the result. At first I doubted that anything could help me and if it hadn’t had been for my girl, I probably would have missed it and still be stuck ingame like a no life loser.
I cant express how happy I am that I have control. No waiting around for a spirithealer to get a real life, I’ll create my own! Thanks to Andrew’s help I am now free!

Up until my family did an intervention, I never knew I had a problem. I just thought playing warcraft was something I did to unwind after school. It wasnt until I missed my own uncles funeral because I was questing that I realised how messed up I had become.
This helped me to get some reality in my life. It let me change the way I thought and I only realised how powerful it was when I noticed I wasnt even thinking about wow anymore. I naturally started doing things that made me really enjoy life.

My name is Mandy and I’m a former world of warcraft addict. Before hearing about this program, I thought my pangs to play were something we all had to endure. My friend and I had played for almost two whole years and each shared quests together. It started as a game but grew into a way of life.
After I lost my job (because playing until early hours of the morning is a requirement), things got tight. Money wasnt there anymore. For that matter, I found myself distant from my family. Even my friends said they hadnt heard from me in ages. It was at this point that I realised I had a problem. It was also the first time I went cold turkey and got off wow.
Over the next eight months I kept going back to get the next hit (didnt help they released Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King). Then, I heard about this from my warcraft friend who had gone down the detox route herself.
What can I say? Thank you for your help in creating this. I found the more I used it the easier everything got. I no longer even think of Warcraft (well until you asked me to comment on how you have helped me. lol).
I’m happy to say that I got a new job now and am saving up for a deposit on my very own house. Something I couldn’t have done without your help and getting offline. THANKYOU, I AM FREE!
